You can update the card on file for your hotel stay at any time! Simply sign in to your Orlando Informer account, and you'll find the option to update your payment method under your hotel reservation. Once completed, your remaining balance will be charged to the new card on file 30 days in advance of your check-in date.
If you do not have an account yet, you may create one using the same email address you used when booking your hotel stay. After verifying your email, your reservation will be visible in your new account.
Please note that we are not able to update the payment method for payments already completed, including hotel deposits or full payments for hotel stays.
