Most reservations can be cancelled in your Orlando Informer account. Simply sign up or sign in here to begin, and look for the option to modify your booking.
The cancellation policy for most Universal Orlando hotel reservations booked through Orlando Informer is as follows:
- If you cancel your reservation before 6pm ET six or more days prior to your stay, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your reservation 0-5 days prior to your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night's room rate (plus tax), and you will receive a refund for the remainder of your stay.
For hotel bookings over $5000, the cancellation policy is:
- You will receive a 95% refund if you cancel by 6pm ET at least six days before arrival.
- If you cancel your reservation 0-5 days before your stay, you will be charged a cancellation fee of one night's room rate (plus tax). You will receive a refund for the remainder of your stay.
Self-service cancellations are not currently available for reservations that will be charged the above fees.
