If you purchase select theme park tickets through Orlando Informer and then find the identical ticket for less at an authorized online competitor, we'll match the price. That's our best price promise.
- We can only offer a price match on tickets identical to the one you purchased. It must be a valid ticket (completely unused) sold from an authorized online reseller to the general public.
- Tickets sold behind a login screen of any kind are not eligible for this policy.
- We will compare against the final price available to the general public, which should include tax, fees, and any shipping.
- Please note that some online retailers include fees at checkout.
- We are unable to price match gift card promotions (receive a gift card with your purchase), financing offers (pay over time), promotions involving purchasing multiple products at once (purchase two different products for a discount), promotions involving buying something and getting something else for free, or a special offer for opening a credit card.
- We are unable to price match Discovery Cove packages.
- Pricing errors are not eligible.
- Limit of one price match per Orlando Informer order.
- The request must be made within ten days of when the Orlando Informer order took place.
- The ticket must be currently available for purchase from Orlando Informer and the competitor.
- Final eligibility is subject to Orlando Informer’s discretion. Requirements are subject to change.
How to request a price match:
If you would like to request a price match, please email our Guest Experience Team at email@example.com from the same email address you used to purchase. Please include the following information:
- Your Orlando Informer order number
- The product(s) you’re requesting a price match on
- A link to the online competitor with a lower price for the identical ticket
