We’re proud to offer one of the best refund policies around.
For most tickets, we’re able to offer a refund for 95% of the amount paid. The 5% restocking fee helps us cover the costs of processing the transaction.
Please note:
- We require 24 hours' notice before the start date on your ticket in order to process a refund.

We are only able to offer refunds on unused, unexpired tickets.
- We cannot refund a ticket once it has been used to enter the park or scanned at an attraction.
- The ticket description will include information on expiration. It is also printed on the ticket.
- Modifying or reprinting a ticket - for example, by using a theme park's app, calling the park directly, or visiting a guest services location - will void our ability to offer a refund.
- Only a full order may be refunded. We are not able to refund partial orders or particular tickets in an order.
- We are only able to offer refunds on tickets we currently sell.
- The refund can only be issued to the card that was used to purchase the ticket.
- Some restrictions apply, and certain ticket types cannot be refunded. Please confirm the refund policy in the description of the ticket you’re considering purchasing.
