If you experience travel delays or other issues and will be unable to arrive on the first night of your hotel reservation, please contact Orlando Informer as soon as possible.
When we’re notified in advance, our Guest Experience team can work with the hotel to help prevent your reservation from being cancelled. While the cost of any unused night(s) at the beginning of your stay is non-refundable, your stay will remain reserved for the remaining nights.
If you do not contact us ahead of time and do not arrive on your scheduled check-in night, the hotel will mark the reservation as a no-show, and the entire reservation will be cancelled. In that case, your room may no longer be available if you arrive later.
