Pet-friendly rooms at Universal Orlando hotels include:
- Loews Portofino Bay Hotel - Non-smoking Garden View & Bay View rooms
- Hard Rock Hotel - Non-smoking Garden View rooms
- Loews Royal Pacific Resort - Non-smoking standard rooms
- Loews Sapphire Falls Resort - Standard double queen rooms
When sharing a room with your pet, kindly note the following:
- Guests with pets must be booked into a pet-friendly room category (listed above). Guests booked into a different category will be moved into a pet-friendly category upon check-in, even if that results in a downgrade from the category booked.
- A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged once per room, and arrangements must be made with housekeeping for daily room cleaning.
- No more than two pets may occupy any one guestroom.
- Dogs may be walked in designated areas only.
- If a dog’s behavior results in complaints by other hotel guests, the guest may be asked to board the dog in an outside shelter.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool/lounge or restaurant areas.
- Club rooms do not participate in the program.
- Your pet(s) should have all recommended vaccinations currently up-to-date, and you agree to obtain and provide current records from a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet(s) should Loews Hotels request this information from you at any time.
