In our five-year history of doing the Orlando Informer Meetup, we have only had one rescheduling: May 2020, which was due to COVID-19. When this occurred, our guests were given the option to transfer their tickets to the winter, receive a voucher for the amount they paid, or receive a refund.
In the unlikely event that our Orlando Informer Meetup is cancelled or rescheduled, we would work to provide alternative options for our guests, including possible refunds.
While we are unable to guarantee any accommodations in advance, should anything change, communication with our guests about all options available would be our first priority.
