You’ll receive an email confirming your order shortly after you purchase.
We’ll send an additional email approximately two weeks prior to the Orlando Informer Meetup. This will contain the full check-in instructions and other useful information to maximize your evening(s), along with your digital tickets.
You’ll also need to pick up wristbands at our check-in location on the OI Meetup dates. The lead guest on the order can present a valid, government-issued photo ID at our check-in location to receive these credentials for the entire party.
If adult guests in your party plan to arrive separately, each adult may pick up their individual wristband by presenting their valid, government-issued photo ID at check-in. Please note that separately arriving adult guests may only pick up their own credentials and cannot pick up wristbands for other members of the party. Only the lead guest on the order can pick up credentials for all guests at once.
To help ensure a smooth arrival experience, we recommend that all adults in your party carry a photo ID, even if arriving together with the lead guest. Universal Orlando Team Members may also request ID at the park entrance when using your digital tickets.
